LawMaster is always seeking to enhance our software and our service to keep our clients at the forefront of law firm management. As part of this focus, some time ago we conducted an interview survey with our clients to gauge feedback on what we were doing well, and what we needed to improve on. This was a very fruitful exercise and gave us excellent opinions and suggestions that we were able to positively respond to.
Since that time, LawMaster has undergone a lot of change. We’ve consolidated staff and offices, restructured our internal teams, enhanced our Leadership team, streamlined processes, and implemented new systems all with a central goal in mind: to enhance our level of service delivery to our clients. As an example, improvements made to our helpdesk service and processes have a satisfaction rating of 4.9 out of 5 (year to date). While we are confident this hard work has resulted in tangible improvements for our clients, we’d like to hear it right from the horse’s mouth (so to speak!)
So, we are reaching out to you once again to ask for your feedback and opinions.
