Helpdesk first-level support – David Fungelai

Our expanded Helpdesk Department welcomes David on board. David will be your first point of contact, answering and triaging requests and tickets. He is highly experienced in Helpdesk and IT roles and will expertly and efficiently handle your first-level support issues.

Client Service Associate – Amy King

Amy joined LawMaster seven years ago and has worked in a variety of roles. Her exceptional customer service skills have seen her promoted to Client Service Associate. She has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of LawMaster, especially in implementing the financial services and providing expert training.

Account Manager – David Cowburn

David has been an integral part of the LawMaster Client Services Team for many years, and we are pleased to announce his promotion to Account Manager. David’s vast knowledge of LawMaster software and its implementation makes him an ideal choice for this role. David will be keeping regular contact with you, providing expert advice and guidance on how to get the most from the LawMaster Law Practice technology.
