Rizwan Bhatti – Help Desk Analyst
Our newest Help Desk Analyst, Rizwan, is highly experienced and accomplished. He has a Masters in Networking and Communications Engineering as well as a Masters of Engineering and Project Management, both from QUT Brisbane.
Prior to joining our LawMaster Client Success Team, Rizwan held roles at a leading Managed IT service provider where he assisted clients throughout Australia and New Zealand, the Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. He also worked for the Queensland Government as an Optus Network Engineer who provided technical and customer support during the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Rizwan is putting his excellent technical and customer support skills to good use at LawMaster, resolving Helpdesk issues promptly and efficiently.
