It’s well known that lawyers experience high rates of mental health challenges due to the stressful nature of the profession.

Together, we are running an R U OK? webinar specifically for lawyers. This webinar is free and open to all lawyers.

Held on September 8th @ 12.00pm AEST, this 30-minute webinar will cover:

- How to have the R U OK conversation in an empathetic, supportive way
- How lawyers can find support for themselves and their peers if they are experiencing mental health challenges
- Some simple coping strategies that lawyers can use to support their mental health.
