Smart tags will automatically assign documents to the correct section within the Brief or document set. Create multiple briefs for the same matter and export them in a range of formats including PDF. It’s simple to add, move or remove documents from sections, and bulk actions allow for mass editing.   ###### Brief Templates mattero's document brief templates take the hard work out of preparing briefs by pre-configuring the structure and sections. Create templates for each of your practice areas using tags to define brief sections.   ###### Brief Portal Preview and share briefs with counsel or clients through the brief portal. Download individual documents, sections, or the entire brief, and share your brief via a secure access link with the option to set an expiry date for access.  ### Frequently asked questions ##### Can I add documents to an existing brief? Yes, simply click on the document you want to add to the brief, select the Actions button, then select Add to Existing Brief. Select the correct brief, then select the section you would like to add the document to and click ok.  ##### Can I create more than one Brief template? Yes, you can create different brief templates for different practice areas.
