There will be a planning meeting where we will discuss with you the appointment of a team to steer the implementation. We guide you on the time frames and assist you through the data migration. LawMaster also prepares your standard letterhead, fax header, bill format and file note format to be used in the LawMaster system. And finally, we will advise you on an effective backup strategy to ensure your system is secure.

Training is the next step in the implementation process. In order to achieve the best results it is essential that all users are proficient in LawMaster. Training is designed by adult education experts and delivered by qualified professionals empowering operators to tap the enormous potential of LawMaster.

Once training is complete we can finalise the installation and you can take the first steps on your path to greater profitability via many pathers, especially through automation.

The LawMaster support desk will be available to help you after implementation. And once the system has been installed and running for some time, we will review it with you to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.


Group Training


Training is an essential part of using the LawMaster system to its fullest extent. We organise on-going training courses throughout the year so that you can send new people along or get refresher training for team members as necessary.

The group training courses are delivered at our specialised training facility. Or our mobile training room can be transported to interstate and overseas venues as bookings require. Securing a place in our training courses is simply a matter of viewing the training schedule on your Member's Web Page and using our online booking system to secure your place.


Customer Support
