LawMaster is seeking a Full Time Account Manager to join our team.
The role consists of assisting the sales and marketing team to generate leads, qualify them, and follow prospects through the entire sales process. The successful candidate will also develop expertise in implementing our software, managing and supporting current clients, and assisting with client accounting services.
To be successful with your application candidates will need to be professional in appearance and demeanor, possess a high level of computer competency, have exceptional customer service and communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous experience in the Australian Legal Industry would be ideal, and knowledge of legal software and processes would be highly valued.
The position will be based at our Sunshine Coast Office in Buderim, but as we service the entirety of Australia a significant amount of travel would be required.
The successful candidate will enjoy a substantial salary, and a bonus structure based on performance to budget.
